This policy is to minimize disruptions during class while respecting our studio, community and neighbors.

  • Out of consideration for our instructors and fellow clients, punctuality is essential. If you are not present within 10 minutes of your scheduled class start time, you will be marked as a no show and charged accordingly. If there is a client waiting on the waitlist, your spot may be released to them.

Please note that arriving late may result in missing a portion of the workout. If you enter after class has begun, we ask that you do so as quietly and discreetly as possible.

New clients should plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class to review the machine setup and workout basics.

  • Cancellations for classes must be made with a minimum of 12 hours notice. If you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled class, you will be considered "late canceled" and charged a $15 fee.
